Each doorbell cover is made-to-order and will incur a 20% restocking fee - NO EXCEPTIONS. It is your responsibility to make sure the size/design of the doorbell cover will work with your space prior to making the purchase. Please send us a message if you need assistance with choosing the right size.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging OR packaged within a “cardboard box” NOT a soft padded/plastic bag. The doorbell cover must also be well protected/wrapped with big bubble wrap within the cardboard box (the same as when you received it). In our experience with various shipping packaging – this is the safest and most protective way. NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE IF THE DOORBELL COVER IS RETURNED BROKEN/CHIPPED. No exceptions. Thank you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item and also for us to ship your exchange. Shipping cost are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
